What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for SAKSBY WHOLESALE?

To maintain our competitive wholesale pricing, we require a minimum opening order of $500. Re-order minimums are set at $250 per transaction.

How long does shipping take for bulk furniture and decor?

Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, freight shipments typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the order.

Do you offer samples for home textile products?

Yes, swatches and individual samples can be purchased at a retail rate. If you place a bulk order for that specific item within 30 days, the sample cost will be credited back to your account.

What is your policy on damaged or defective items?

All claims for damaged goods must be submitted via our portal within 48 hours of delivery. Please include high-resolution photos of the packaging and the product to expedite the replacement process.

Do you provide drop-shipping services for e-commerce retailers?

Currently, SAKSBY WHOLESALE focuses on bulk distribution to physical storefronts and warehouses. We do not offer individual drop-shipping services at this time.

Are your home products compliant with safety standards?

Absolutely. All SAKSBY products undergo rigorous quality control and meet all relevant North American safety and material standards, including CARB phase 2 compliance for wood products.
