At SAKSBY WHOLESALE, we strive to ensure your home goods arrive in perfect condition; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most bulk items. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging and are in resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.
Arrange Logistics
Ship your return via a trackable carrier to our central distribution warehouse; please note that for high-volume home decor orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned inventory, we will process your refund or credit your account within 7-10 business days.
